Although this is not exactly the same thing, when I was working for a physician's office several years ago, I came in on the weekend to do some work, and brought my young daughter with me.  She went to the restroom to wash her hand and came back to tell me the soap smelled funny.  I checked it, and sure enough, urine was in the soap bottle.  A young boy's father had sent him in for a urine drug test Friday afternoon and was going to take the keys of his car away from him if it was positive.  I do not know what he put in the urine sample bottle, but he put urine in the soap bottle.  I reported it to the physician on Monday.  Guess what was done about it?  Nothing.  I was told that the lab could not confirm anything from the urine sample, and as far as I know they did not mention it to the young boy or his father.  I think the office manager started putting a different kind of soap in that restroom, and I warned everyone to watch where they washed their hands.
