punctuation/grammar regard, but I was thinking more along the lines of understanding the ins/outs of a new procedure/drugs/disease process.  I miss working at the hospital where I could get an in-depth description of a procedure and the reasoning, etc., by just chatting with the docs.  Most were happy to answer my questions and flattered I had asked, yet sometimes I got too long-winded of an explanation - well that's what I get for asking!


I do agree that most Dr.'s are terrible spellers (yet always seem to think they are right - lol).
