I have spoken with a tech person at IT and even sent my glossary for review and hopefully help, but so far there is not an answer as to why my Expander freezes on certain things. We have tried several things to no avail. I am quite discouraged but ready to just start over as best I can. I pretty closely follow the ABCZ method so my hope was that if I downloaded that file it would save me a lot of time, but my mind is tired now as well as my fingers so I may be mistaken
