You're not the only one whose butt goes to sleep and who gets antsy after 4 hours of typing! LOL! I find I am much more productive working split shifts than I was working a straight 8-hour day in 8 consecutive hours. I know there are some who would rather put in their 8 hours and be done with it, but I personally just can't do it. My mind starts to wander, my back and butt get sore and I need a break, physically as well as mentally! It's something I definitely suggest you try out if you can! :)
