I find it to be cumbersome and not transcription friendly. This system was basically developed for the doctors, not the transcribers. It is very slow and you have to use your mouse heavily, I think on 1 account I have to click my mouse 21 times from start of report to finish, as a typist you do not want to take your hands off the keyboard. Others may find this an efficient platform, I do NOT!
