smart enough to realize the pay does not match the skill and the toll it takes on the bod, but I need to work at home for now, so I'll stay with it until I can move on.

    I agree...I think you really have to have a "knack" for this career...
    you can go to school and get training but if you don't have the "knack" then it is not for you...
