One of my accounts wasn't comfortable with the email situation, so we use PCAnywhere. I connect to their computer through phone line and download the voice files, transcribe, and send back to them through PCAnywhere. Very simple. All this stuff sounds intimidating when you haven't done it, but really is easy and easy to learn.
