Well, I do not smoke while I am actually typing, as I do not smoke in my house. I do take smoke breaks. I put the patch on last week and did really well..for about a week, and then it all fell apart. I keep thinking of the money I would save and make if it were not for my smoking...not to mention the long-term health benefit of it. I will try again, as I would really like to kick this nasty habit of mine
