No, it won't.  As long as you show continuous employment, it shouldn't be a problem.  I worked as a temp for several years with the same company, and it didn't hinder us getting our house, nor did the fact that my husband's company kept getting bought out (so it looked like he'd worked for several companies in a short period of time).


What the mortgage companies really want is to get their money back over time.  If you show you're employable, then you have given them the "guarantee" they seek.  If you happen to be making more, then that's even better!
