Looking at the picture the house is obviously worth far less than what she probably paid in attorney's fees to fight for/keep it. If I were her I would have "stuck it" to her husband

and let him have it cuz' I don't think you could give it away much less sell it, especially since it's been moved to water and there's no real land involved. JMPO!
