I don't see any ads where they are saying they will pay that much more. I know a CMT and she's been offered the same and we work for the same company. Not all companies compensate for CMT. Sorry to have to burst your bubble, but you seem a little full of yourself.

Why have a better than thou attitude about something so insignificant. These companies want a warm body, period, the end!
