like 30+ Years said, that would be hard to do on a 65 character with spaces line.  I have done that many lines an hour for maybe 2 hours a day BUT that doing cataract surgeries where there was a whole template already set up and all I had to do is type in the patient's name and MRN, put in either right or left eye, and put in the diopters of the lens implant.  And I would do one right after another and it would take maybe two hours, and then they were done.  And it was only one day a week that they did cataract surgeries, so it's not like I could type those for 8 hours a day 5 days a week (I WISH!).
