It is not hard at all.  I switch back and forth all day too.  It just throws me off when I do a bunch of dictations from one doctor and all of a sudden I have a blank document.  Nothing wrong with it.  I love doing both.


One of the things I love about my supervisor is that she watches the line rates of dictators before and after SR to see which ones are beneficial and which ones are not.  If the editing line rate is below that of the typing rate, she removes the doctor(s) from SR.  Too bad not everyone does this.
