I get 8.25 with one and 9 with the other

I get 8 and a quarter a line with one company with 6 years of experience..The same company has a girl that only has a year of experience and they are paying her the same with a shift differential...which incidentally I work the same hours and do not get!! I looked for another job and found one paying 9 a line!
