I had the same problem. My hands ached like crazy, especially by the end of the week. It turns out I had a problem with my neck, not my hands. Apparently when a cervical disk is compressed, you can feel it in your hands. Are your neck muscles tight? I have been seeing a chiropractor for over a year now, and the pain in my hands is finally gone. He took x-rays of my neck, and I was shocked to see just how out of alignment my neck was. Every once in a while I get the pains back, and I make an appointment with my chiropractor. Within a few hours of being adjusted, the pain is gone.
