by something in the night and we don't know what it was but assume a spider as I had big red lumps in several places and terrible itching and they didn't resolve for a couple weeks. I asked my doctor for an EpiPen to have on hand just in case I might need it in the future. You might want to consider that too, particularly with your family history. I have a lot of different allergies and am just very sensitive to many things and so never know what type of reaction I will have from what.
