and haven't seen that at all. Not in the least. When did it become apalling that when you are expected to give a schedule and don't keep it you get warned? That seems like the normal thing to do. I mean, if you were going in to work at a company instead of at home and you were scheduled to work from 8:00-5:00, I highly doubt that you would leave at 3:30 and expect not to get warned? Wake up and smell the coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
