I have made $32 per hour at a rate of only 8 cpl while working for an MTSO. It depends on a LOT of things, but a good, regular account is the majority of it. Conditions have to be just right for that. Needless to say, that account did not last for me. :( I miss it. Now I struggle to stay around $10 to $15 per hour. The only difference is a different account. I have been an MT for over 11 years now.

That said, I don't think $32 is a norm or even easy to achieve. Again, it is talent and experience, but mostly the right conditions and accounts have to be in place, and that is rare. I think $10 to $20 per hour at 8 CPL is a more realistic average, from my point of view.
