Although the doctor was aggravated, to say the least, I was not fired. Accidents happen. I am not saying that the clinic/doctor may not overreact, but this is certainly not the first time this has happened. Last week one of my clients lost his own dss file and had to redictate. Everyone knows that we all make mistakes.
