I have it and I love it. I first tested out my work line and we just got the regular home line so we now have two. The coest is 24.95 plus taxes or whatever. It was like 27 something for that first month for the one line. No hidden costs at all. It is really easy to set up. It works very well for me. I use it on my Cphone line and my regular. Occasionally I might have a problem here or there but not too bad or very often. Good luck
