I have never seen a BOS...

...but it sounds like from what I am reading that it should be called the BOBS.  (Book of BS)

I guess I should feel lucky I haven't been dinged about any of my punctuation.  I went to Catholic school in the '60's and learned my punctuation there under the tutelage of angry, sexually-deprived nuns.  That was motivation enough to get it right.  

Punctation CAN change the meaning of a sentence, and that is when people should be dinged for it and not for silly spaces or a superfluous comma.
