doc who dictates things like "the patient attempted suicide in the past, but was unsuccessful"  or "H&H are 13.2 and 38.6 respectively".

Scarier, on the other hand, is the doc who got all the way to the plan (including full vital signs and physical exam), then said "nevermind, this patient was a a no-show). 

• the overstating the obvious award goes to - mdlfcrs

  • I've known some old timers did the same - long winded!
