and I have never had a problem with limited downloading.  How old is your system?  Perhaps it is still under warranty and you could have a technician come look at it.  Mine was acting strangely a couple of weeks ago and I had to have the wiring from the dish to the modem replaced.  I have had to have this done twice in the 2 years that I have owned it and had to have the modem replaced once.  Other than this and the occasional hurricane or thunderstorm, mine works like a charm.  It's worth a shot because I have never been told that I was limited on downloads and work like a horse for many hours a day downloading files.  Hope this helps.

I have had DW6000 for 1-1/2 years. The first 6-9 months were hell. Had 2 modems, spent hours talking to techs in India before I would get to advanced techs. Missed about 7 days of work last summer due to internet connection problems. Service guys came out 2 or 3 times. Everything checked out okay. Then I got a great service tech. He replaced the radio on my antenna (even though it was under a year old) and everything has worked beautifully since then - not a missed minute. Direcway can work out well if the right people are working for you. We think our initial setup was flawed. Good luck!
