I've done everything I know to do to increase my pay with this company, but it just isn't happening. I work full time inhouse during the day and with this company at night. I have worked in hospital settings averaging over 225 minutes of dictation a day, so I know what I am doing, but for some reason, cannot make more than about $12 hr with this company..some nights less. I'm thinking of packing it in, but hate to give up and start all over. What is one to do?
