I use just a regular Microsoft keyboard and my platform is ExText. It is so annoying, though. I do use the sticky key feature (where you press shift key 5 times in a row an and brings up a box where you click okay to keep sticky keys on, and then it goes out of caps and back to normal. I must say, though, it doesn't always work for me...but I have found if I go above or below it and type something on a line following text that is already there, it usually takes care of it. I do lose a lot of production time with this happening. Bummers!
