I used the short-cut system that comes with ChartScript. I worked for two hospitals that used ChartScript. There were many problems at first, and speed was one of them. Both hospital IT departments were able to improve it a lot eventually, but all the connection problems and slowness really stole my drive to produce. Others did okay. Hope you can stick with it.
