thing happen, went to orthopedist, gave me steroid shot in the elbow joint, hurt like heck for 1 day but now is wonderful and back to normal (said it was tendonitis from MTing), said to take ibuprofen twice a day, I couldn't even pick up a cup with my left arm before the shot.
