of no experience, 5 cpl is better than nothing, and at least they'll get some experience.

I read postings on a couple of job boards today and saw lots of 7 and 8 cpl. If you have a good platform, good dictators, and can knock out the lines 8 cpl isn't such a bad thing, but then how often do those other factors come together.
