but I would recommend she attend her local community college. She will get just as good training at a fraction of the cost. Plus she will get the hands on experience that is so important and imperative in this job.  I know some people think we just sit here and type like monkeys but it is so much more than that.  To be a good medical typist you have to have a solid foundation and what better foundation than going to a real college.  Besides, it just sounds so much more professional to say you got your training at a college instead of from an online course. Know what I mean?   The latter sort of conjures up a match book scenario.  Haha. So Dumb, go for it and don't let nothing stand in your way to getting a great training in MT and going above and beyond and forward in this challenging, exhiliarating, and profitable career which you can work from the comfort of your own home!
