I know you're probably really frustrated, but it kind of looks like a mess. The "fundo" is probably "fundi" - those eye findings you have in with the "heart" stuff, then you have the "eyes" section separate - that is confusing. The other part under "eyes" might have something to do with "cranial nerves" (I, II, III, etc) - Again, the whole thing seems a bit jumbled.
