Also trying to find some with work ethics that will work. Though they are IC's and I do not give them hours to work, just a time that the work is due back -- the excuses that you get could fill a book. That is why I have slowly decreased and doing 80% of what I can handle. But after this Christmas it will be 100%. Example over Christmas -- you give the work on Friday a.m. have until Tuesday at 6 a.m. to have it back -- where is it -- between being too busy, not feeling well or to "I don't work on Christmas eve or Christmas" when they had it on Fri/Sat/Sun to just no excuse it is not back and what came back had to be completely proofed and parts re-typed before it can can sent back. But I do agree with you. They want the big bucks but do not want to do the work but love to complain about low wages, etc. etc. etc.
