some MTSOs are DOWNRIGHT CHEAP when it comes to upgrading. I worked for a very LARGE and infamous MTSO that was still on a DOS dark ages platform in 2005; long overdue for an upgrade into the 21st century. I was thinking of those types of services when I said "cheap" and I wasn't suggesting that when a brand new OS comes out everyone hop on the bandwagon immediately or the smaller MTSO who really doesn't have a lot of extra cash flow.
