to balance work with pleasure. I work hard during my "allotted" time and I play hard on the weekends. I make it a practice NOT to work on the weekends -- that is my family time, 100%. If you're organized and focused (boy, that's the hard part!!!), then you can do it, if that's what you want. Nobody wants to be "all work and no play."
