they know an unbelievably good deal when they see it!

IMO a 30-day notice is fair and is what I would give. I charge by the line, and my reports come out to about $4 per report for the shorter ones up to about $9 or $10 for the longer. I also am not billing the doctor's office, but bill the IC who subs the work out to me, who is charging the docs 2-3 cpl higher.
