frame of mind for an experience like that, you should go.  The right frame of mind would be to go as an observer of the culture only, not to get involved in changing it or making a stand against it.  It is true that women essentially have no rights there (cannot drive, cannot speak against a man, must be covered) but I would think the experience itself would outweigh the restrictions.  If you consider the choice carefully, make an effort to get involved in the activities set up for the workers there and go with the intent on making it a positive experience and learning another culture, it could be wonderful.
