 I can put out a ton of lines, but especially in psych where there is a lot of history of patient describing episodes that happened to him, it can get very long and drawn out.  I think when you are trying to go too fast, there are lot of errors.  Many that regularly put out 1500 to 2000 lines a day have a lot of typos and grammatical errors.  That is another thing too, are you expected to type just what they say, or put it in proper form.  I would not last long doing 1500 lines a day for psych.  Our psych have NO canned text.  Every report is different.
