I did not have time to choose incorporation as I want to talk to an attorney about pluses and minuses, so chose employee status.  One + is paid vacations.  My concern is deductions at tax time as I still own my own computer and other equipment, health insurance, etc. on my own and I want to be able to still deduct those things.   I do not know what you can and cannot do as an employee still working from home.   It is getting confusing.  Anyone with info would be gladly appreciated.  My husband is also self-employed in home construction business.
