Thanks, but I tried that. Brand new batteries. Moved the receptor all different places too. I had the repetitive characters as well. Worked for a long time trying to manipulate the Expander program settings, as I thought that was the problem. No such luck. Then I read on some forum where wireless are known for their problems and at that point I gave up. I do have a wireless mouse that works just fine, though! LOL.
