I have always used I-tunes and I also do not have any Apple products nor do I have any kind of portable MP3 player.

I use the I-tunes to play off of my computer or to burn CD's to listen to while driving.

I used to use LimeWire but the risk of downloading a virus was too high as their products aren't "legit" like I-tunes. Also, not sure how legal it is to use that anymore.

I hear there is a new napster where you get unlimited downloads with a monthly subscription. Haven't tried it personally but it sounds like it would be a great deal for those who like to download a lot of music.
