I don't have to use an adapter though because I have the 15-pin gameport on my PC to plug into. Also, I am not using MT World software, but my IN-BMG foot pedal is set as: 2-axis, 4-button joystick in Gaming Options in Control Panel.

Did you try that setting? Hope you get it going.
