I used to have the same problem until...

I got an ergonomic keyboard (the one that looks like it is split in half).  If has this perfect wrist rest on it.  I can type all day and my arms and hands never give me any problems anymore.

  • Take all foods with ASPARTAME out of diet. Stop cokes, chocolate. Eat leafy green veggies. Drink - orange juice. Try that too.
