I hate having to figure out which header to use...it can be such a toss up sometimes! It would be so nice to have just a designated "Short Stay Summary" or observation note kind of template to type in...wonder why they (the hospitals I type for anyway) don't do that? Seems like it'd be easy enough but maybe it has to do with how they bill or something...I dunno!
