It is the most ridiculous e-mail I have ever used. It is cumbersome to use. I logged in yesterday and it took a full 5 minutes for the opening page to open up! You can not change the font, highlight, change color or any other thing needed to send QA feedback. It is difficult to set up folders, which I use constantly to keep organized. Whoever thought up this system should be made to use it for a week!
