read on this board with a grain of salt. A lot of MTs on here are disgruntled, burnt out, angry and are lashing out at what they think may be the problem.

You are correct. Companies make money when MTs make money. Impossible ESLs come with the territory. The medical community is the largest melting pot there is and therefore there will always be ESLs, but keep in mind that there are lousy American dictators too.

I think medical transcription is what you make of it and some people just can't do it.
