IC/resigning

Bound? Absolutely not. As I have never been one to burn bridges, no matter to what degree there has been unfairness and/or regard, I give the company a notification of about two weeks, and it is their responsibility to carry on with whatever coverage, if any, would be needed for any given client(s). One's work ethics and history remain "clean", diplomatic, and upstanding...this goes a long way.

Once the service of the IC is 100% finished based on aforementioned notification, the contract is then considered null and void.
