IT and Esp

I just like IT over ESP because your choices are displayed on the bottom of your screen and you can select the right one. It comes with a standard medical glossary that has most of the usual phrases and you just customize as you go along.

With ESP, you will have to build your own as you go along. OR maybe another MT has one she can copy and provide you to enter. I can't remember if it is limited in space, IT is practically unlimited.

If you're paid by the line, IT will pay for itself I think.

I have mine set up with a glossary for each facility and it works great that way, example, one for Pain Clinic, Physical Therapy, ABC SURGICAL ASSOCIATES, etc.

I always used IT instead of ESP, so I can't help you in comparing too much, but ESP seemed pretty cumbersome to use and build.

Home this helps.
