I would try local hospitals/doctors offices first. It seems that at home jobs are harder to get when you are fresh out of school w/ no experience. Also, many hospitals and offices will give you the option to work at home after you have been there a specified length of time. Even if they don't, you can get some good experience to put on a resume!
