back to the download source, go back to it and double click on it. A box should open that says open, save, etc. Click on 'save'. Another box should come up that gives you the option to choose where to save it to. Click on the arrow on the right side and scroll up until you see 'desktop'. Save the file to your desktop. This makes it easy to find. I hope this helps. If this doesn't work, you need to call tech support dept that is with the company who sent you the file.
