As an IC? No schedule commitment or production min/max.
If you mean employee status, here's my starting list:

-- NO ESLs
-- You provide equipment
-- Base rate 10-15 cpl
-- Incentives per hour; no matter how many hours you type on a schedule, if you do 101-125 lph then you get X, 126-150 lph = X, 151-175 lph ... you get the drift
-- Insur that has providers WHERE I LIVE and costs less than $200/mo for family coverage including dental and presc drugs
-- Wkly telephone conf with mgrs and other employees
-- Regular QA feedback
-- PAID HOLIDAYS (hourly pay for holidays not worked and double base line for holidays worked)

I'll work on that list for you a bit, though! lol

If you have doubts, see a 2nd and a 3rd attorney, till you're comfortable with the person you choose.
