In Reply to: MT on account has dropped production. - How would you interpret this?
I would certainly talk with her in a concerned way. Was her production high? High producers usally do burn out after a while or perhaps develop carpal tunnel which would slow the MT down or maybe even personal problems? Communicate directly.
